Tyler formed the firm on the principle that every client deserves a right to aggressive, high-quality, and caring representation. At Wilk Law, you can guarantee that you will receive the one-on-one attention you need and deserve after your accident. Tyler’s passion is to provide legal guidance and personal care to people struggling with the sudden and unwelcomed disruption that a serious accident brings to their life.

“Tyler has developed a passion and keen understanding of the need for strong legal advocacy on behalf of those whose rights are most vulnerable.”

Tyler knows first-hand how it feels to be “on the other side of the table.” After his first semester of law school, Tyler was seriously injured by a drunk driver as he was walking home one evening. Throughout the lawsuit, he was treated poorly by representatives from the insurance company and witnessed the lack of care and compassion they exhibited as well as the weak advocacy on the part of his legal team. From that experience, Tyler not only learned what it was like to need and depend upon an attorney for quality professional assistance, he knew from that point on it would be his mission to ensure his clients would get the quality of professional service and representation that everyone deserves. There is no dispute that injured people and their families should have access to the exceptional legal representation that they deserve. Tyler hopes and believes that vindicating the rights of injury victims not only helps them but helps to change the conduct and practice of wrongdoers. Tyler has now committed his career to aggressively defending his clients’ rights and seeking optimum results to compensate for their injuries.

Tyler graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law, among other academic honors. He also earned the Certificate of Achievement for excellence in Torts and several other courses. These awards are given to one student each semester for achieving the highest overall grade in the respective class.

To further complement his passion for advocating on behalf of impoverished communities and people in need, Tyler spent a year while in law school working with Philadelphia Legal Assistance, where he provided free legal representation to low-income litigants seeking Protection from Abuse orders and helped resolve child custody disputes.

Tyler is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
